Price match Guarantee
The Polystyrene Box Price Guarantee
To claim a price match, all you need to do is email us at: sales@starlightpackaging.co.uk providing the following information:
Name and URL of the site
the date and time you visited the site
the price of the product/service
The SKU or link to our product
The item number or link to their product
Your email address and phone number.
Then our team will verify the price match and get back to you.
*Please note, this only applies to Polystyrene boxes with or without cardboard on our website, no other products.
Terms and Conditions
The competitor must be a company registered in the UK (the domain name must end with '.co.uk').
The price match request must be made prior to purchase. We do not price match any items that have already been ordered.
We do not price match against promotion prices (including 'strikethrough' prices / 'was-now' prices), discount codes and delivery charges.
Marketplaces such as ebay or Amazon, price comparison websites and physical stores are excluded.
We price match up to 3 products in one order.
The competitor's product must be identical to the one offered at starlightpackaging.co.uk. Our price match guarantee does not apply to similar products.
The product offered by the competitor must be orderable and available for delivery.
We do our best to adjust our prices. We reserve the right to grant or deny the request.
