Plum cake baking mold in pure cellulose cardboard, with exterior in terracotta colour and white interior, for 500 grams of product.
Single-dose baking mold is a cardboard baking shape designed for the production of plum cakes. The inner walls of white colour are formed by a layer of cardboard coupled with pet film that makes it resistant to food fats and able to withstand both freezing, and baking in the oven not above 220 degrees. This baking mold is recyclable and thanks to its particular self -supporting structure, does not need to be inserted into preformed molds.
The elegant design of terracotta on the outside and white on the inside makes it suitable for the presentation of the finished product.

I bake a lot and quite.a few recipes are for 17x11cm loaf tins, unable to get metal ones, these are brilliant, look nice but are very substantial.
