The dish fits perfectly with the Utopia JMP951 oval wood board ( included ) 10 x 7.25" (25 x 18.5cm) to create the perfect serving solution for your dinner service.
Ideal for high heat cooking as cast iron retains the heat and doesn't fluctuate in temperature like thinner pans. Use for griddle cakes, pancakes or fritters. Sear pork chops, veg and steaks.
