    The Hearth Bake Disk® features a unique pizza disk design that makes it possible for pizzas baked in a calibrated conveyor oven to emerge with the special crispness and golden, mottled crust appearance associated with hearth oven baked pizzas. LloydPans exclusive Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) finish conveys heat evenly for consistently superior results.

    • Hard coat anodized 18 gauge aluminium
    • No seasoning required and ready to go out of the box
    • Permanent finish will not chip, bake, flake, or peel off…ever
    • Folded flat rim for added strength and easier removal with peels
    • 6% airflow to 94% surface ratio
